Matt was very helpful and friendly car sales rep but the dealership has not come to pick up the van I traded in and it is going on four months since I purchased the car despite numerous calls. They have just given me the run around and it is very frustrating. I will never use their dealership again!

Thanks, guys! As a disabled veteran in constant pain, I truly appreciate being lied to on the phone about this promotional mailer. The matching tear off tabs didn't matter, just the number printed on the flyer? Would have been nice to know. Instead, I had to take heavy doses of meds in order to suffer through the 20 minute, all to be given a cheap $20 Ebay smart watch as a "consolation prize." (Advertised as a "$300 Value!" Like people can't Google a brand name or model number.) I wish I could give you zero stars for this experience. Truly shady tactics, especially since I explained this when I called.
