Not a good place to buy a car false advertisement and they don't hold up on the word. i bought a car and I was trying to get my windows tinted and it said that on the paperwork but I had to wait almost 3 months before I got my windows done . it's a poor business. go somewhere else before you go community Chrysler.

The salesman was amazing but the service department is horrible. My husband and I bought a 2018 charger scat pack the sunroof had pieces fall off. We called and finally got an appointment just for them to keep it all day and do nothing but order parts and not call anyone to let them know. Instead we had to go and ask them what was going on and why we hadnt received a call yet. Then the guy assumed he was just keeping the car over night without a loaner car. Needless to say we got our car back and did not leave it there! Communication in their department needs some work.

My wife and I recently decided to look for a vehicle to flat tow behind our RV and had decided on a Jeep. We met Brad Kale and he was a great person to work with. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles available for this purpose and allowed us the time we needed to consider each one and decide if we wanted to purchase something now or down the road in a few months. After several weeks of thinking about it, we got back to Brad and decided on a Wrangler Sahara. Brad worked with us to get a good deal on the new Jeep while trading in two of our current cars. Both Brad and Frank (the regional sales manager, I think) were great to work with and we were pleasantly surprised with the final deal. This is our 38th vehicle purchase over the last 36 years and has to be one of the best, if not the best, buying experiences we have encountered. Thanks Brad!
