I drove 45min+ to this location to shop for my son who jumped sizes a little quicker then expected. Not only did I start to pick up 2 different shirts that once I looked them over had some nasty food/ substance stuck to one and stains on the other, but then after everything was rung up and I handed them my card, they inserted the card and then informed me that they were no longer accepting Capital One payment. This was not posted or advertised anywhere. But it was posted that they were also not taking Discover or American Express. This is my second time here but will likely be my last. I've had better experiences at local consignment sales.
This location had a lot of items (nearly packed to the gills). However, when I took my gently used baby items - no stains or holes - and unopened boxes of nursing pads, the intake lady was quite rude and only offered me approx $11. Unfortunately, that amount didn't even cover the cost of gas to drive to their location. I understand that consignment stores are somewhat limited in what they can purchase, but I was very disappointed.
The lady with pink hair who was looking at my items today ..really disappointed me . She did not even look at my items , I witnessed her skipping some . She Passed on several items that were in good condition . I brought a Bumbo and she passed on it .. but the other ladies accepted it after I asked them and they realized there was nothing wrong with it.
