Dishonesty is the policy at Port City Chrysler Dodge. I brought my Jeep in for a safety inspection. Service said a front strut was leaking and needed replacement. Smelling a scam, I said no thanks. Went home to check the struts myself and did not find evidence of a leak. Took my car to another shop and passed inspection as expected.

What a friendly and hard working service department! After being turned away by the Manchester Dodge dealer.....My 2014 Ram 2500 6.7 had issues with 4wd. Since the diesels have a 5/100k mile warranty, my truck with 80k should have no issues getting taken care of right? False, Manchester did everything they could to no cover the truck and even suggested it was my fault because I live on a dirt road (Really?). After deciding to try a new dealer, Port city worked with me for weeks. After testing with the head techs, it was found I needed a new transfer case. It was COVERED 100% by Dodge. This is the type of service I do not expect in 2018, but definitely notice and will praise. I suggest you check them out as they are the most honest dealer I have ever been too. They Crush their competition in the hospitality and good honest work.

Went in for a factory warranty fix and I could be more pleased. They have shuttle service and they kept me up to date with the status of my fix via text messages. If you need to call service ask for Jen Wilson she is the best!

I have been buying cars there for 15 years. They were running a promotion when I bought a van. 20 free oil changes! We traded the van before I used all 20. They told me it would transfer over to my new van. I tried to use it today and was told that wasn't the case. The manager called me a liar, told me it was unreal I was getting upset I wasn't getting something for free. He went on to say they gave up the promo because of people like me. I'm switching dealerships and I will never go back.
