Extremely unsatisfactory service. I attended this dealership earlier this week and did not appreciate being given the run around. The sales person took there time (clearly multitasking while I was sitting around for a long time waiting for a quote). Then they quoted me something that sounded okay and when I told the salesperson I wanted to check out another dealerships down the road for price comparison (this was the first car I had looked at) and just as I was about to leave, I was offered me to test drive the car if I would come back that evening. When I returned for the test drive an hour later I was told one of the two cars I wanted was not there but they would go get the other car for me. Instead I observed the salesperson seated in one of the offices doing something else - when I approached them and explained that I really didnt have time to waste - especially given I had spent over 1.5 hours there earlier, it was getting dark and I didnt want to travel back home too late on public transport) the salesperson went out to get the car. After over 40 mins of waiting I walked out without test driving the car as they had not returned with the car abs it had gotten dark. When I had calmed down a couple of days later, I emailed the sales person about the car. I did not hear back from them. I then called the salesperson twice, left my name and number and still havent heard back. When I called other Mazda dealerships asking for a similar quote on the same car (same specs etc), I explained the quote I had been given. 2 sister Mazda dealerships told me what I had been quoted wasnt feasible and I was likely being lied to / would have been conned into extra fees at the end (despite my asking for a drive away all costs included lease cost)....I guess lesson learnt - females: dont go on your own car shopping here because you will not be taken seriously at this dealership....

Edit with new review 2 stars. I called them for installation of Apple CarPlay and to find out how much it would cost, they said it would be $420, I asked them to send me a quote, didnt receive it. In the mean time I called other Mazda centers to receive quotes. I called Koeppel Mazda again and asked them to send me a quote, they said it would cost $550 + tax (this was a few days after my first call where I was quoted $420) I was told their rates have increased when I said I already have an appointment they told me they would charge me $480 and when I asked them to email me that they refused to do so and were rude on the phone. Im not posting the name of the person publicly but if they reach out Ill share. I ended up going to another Mazda location, their service was excellent and they charged me $400 + tax for the installation. Old review from 5 years ago: 5 stars - Picked up my new CX-5 a week ago, Raul helped with the process and was patient with us throughout and clarified all the questions that were asked.

Great service no hassle no b.s. I've dealt with Nissan Volkswagen Ford and other dealership and they always give you the run around. Not here these are good people here ask for Jim and/or Saiful. Couldn't be anymore satisfied.

Once you get past sales everything went smoothly. Beware of the manipulative sales practice I encountered here in 2013. "Give me your debit card to hold if you are serious about buying a car here". Looking back, I should have just walked out the minute they did that.
