Mr.McAlister, as I explained multiple times before for you, we have done our part. We operate in CA and we can only control DMV in CA. Any New Mexico paperwork should be completed by you. As I also explained, we are more than happy to provide you with any document that NM DMV requires if we can obtain. We are limited to what we can do in New Mexico but we are here for you.

Me and my family of 8 purchased a Pasinger van from this location and let me tell you, it has been the worst experience ever!! Every thing went smoothly until the paperwork was completed and then it turned into the worst experience ever!! The purchase was made in April and currently as of July 6 2021 we cannot Register are newly purchased Family vehicle the temporary tags are expired no Help with issuing anther temporary tags!! We have had to Postpone Are Family vacation!!, Dueing business with this Dealership will cost you more than your down payment!! 3 month later and hours of calls we have yet to get anything taken care of!!

This explains my experience...literally the worst body work that could have been done, terrible customer service, and an unapologetic service manager (Bob) who sips his coffee blankly. Do yourself a favor, and NEVER EVER go here for service on your vehicle!
