Market adjustment, 2k for window tint, wheel locks, door edge guard and nitrogen. What a way to gouge consumers. Will NEVER recommend purchasing from this dealer. Would be a negative 5 star if possible.

Came for an oil change and tire rotation after 1 hour and 30 minutes of wait they came to told they was no record of my car being service at this location. Wow really !!! And after that they mess 5 of wheel studs they said due to being over tide them in talking to the mechanic and one of the managers I guess came with an attitude they should have better trained people on the service side as the managers side as well !!! Never coming back again to this store!!! Dont waste your time coming here .
The staff at Randall Noe was great! Working with Brent in sales was very easy and he was super accommodating of our requests and our schedule! I highly recommend this dealership for a car buying experience unlike any other!

Took our 2019 Ascent in to Norm Reeves to address a transmission problem, it lurched when shifting from reverse into drive and made a loud noise. Was told it was because engine was revving a little high since it was cold, not to worry about it. With 33K miles I wanted to have it more thoroughly checked out. Took to the Subaru dealership known for its outstanding customer service, the car needed a new transmission clutch! It took 10 days to get the part and 2 days to do the work but I have complete confidence it was done correctly. If this was a warranty coverage item, why would Norm Reeves not take care of this? Surely the scope showed them the same diagnosis. In 2019 my wife and I chose to purchase our Ascent in Terrell (then Rockwall) and also drove from Dallas to have it serviced there for 3 years. Initially the dealership buyout by Norm Reeves was OK, but I have no confidence in them now. The Norm Reeves dealership did not take care of us as loyal customers, and I think they did not uphold the Subaru brand, either.
