Service is horrible. Went in to get a repair and was told that it would take a day and a half to plug a part in. Prices are ridiculous. Communication on repairs are non existent. Was told that a part would be in to do the repair in a week. Didn't get a call for over two weeks. I have been at this location a few times and it just never seems to get better. Especially for Used Older Vehicles.

I have used the service department at McPeek's a few times and each time have been treated really well. Worked with Service Manager Michael Nortcutt, who was great. Told me the car would be done today and it was. Spent a good part of the day there, but that was not because they did not offer a courtesy shuttle, it was that I did not have a way to return to pick up my car. I would recommend the service there if you have a Chrysler/Jeep vehicle.

Rather disappointed with my recent service. After spending $740.00 for tire rotation, serpentine belt, oil service and tailgate repair. I don't think they did the mulit point check. Tire pressure not checked, windshield washer reservoir not filled, no time for car wash.
