I have own Dodge/Chrysler vehicles for over 30 years and this is the worst service department that I have ever dealt with. I made an appointment (which took over a month to schedule) and upon arrival was told that they were busy and I may not get to my truck back until the next day. Even though I had explained my problems when making the appointment, it was necessary for a service advisor to decide who would work on my vehicle? (This could not have been determined when I made the appointment). I should have seen problems coming at that point. The wrong phone number was taken by the service advisor, so I received no updates. I called the service department and they corrected phone number. I explained that I had flight the next day and I would need my vehicle back. I arrived at 2:35 the next day and was told that my vehicle was not ready and that none of the work had been accomplished. I received no paperwork as a result. I called another service department who immediately made me an appointment and upon checking my vin number called me back stating that the work had been done. So, I called and texted the service department to verify the work had been completed and received no response. I left 3 messages/text and received no response. I also called Stepones main office with no response. If this is the type of service the StepOne Fort Walton Beach Chrysler dealership provides, I will not be purchasing nor recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership ever again.

Highly would suggest staying away from their service department. One of their service managers should not be in a customer relations job. Short and sweet version: over charged for oil and fuel filters, I was told they could not change the price since it was a Saturday and I would have to come back in on Monday. Came back in from Freeport, manager tries everything he can to not refund me 200+ dollars. I was charged for an alignment and when I took the truck back months later I was told We dont have an alignment rack that works with your truck. Another fight to get a refund. I ended up contacting Chrysler care and highly suggest others take that route if they have issues. I wont be buying a vehicle or having any of my vehicles serviced by this dealership. Customer care, satisfaction or service is not available in fort Walton beach.

I took my Dodge in for its' scheduled service and was completely satisfied with both the service and personnel. The service reps were courteous and helpful in every way possible. I called from Africa with questions about modifications to my vehicle and Ebony took the time and effort to run back and forth to the maintenance bays to get my questions satisfied. It's that positive-can-do attitude that will keep me coming back to this service department. Thank you! Semper Fi

I have a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. It's broke down several times. There's a issue with the batteries and charging system. The steering box needs replacing. Lastly, my display cluster no longer works. No RPM's, MPH, or gas gauge. I've been to their service center many times. It's my only vehicle and they want to keep it for several weeks without providing me with transportation. They are terrible, buy a vehicle any where else. Them and Step One are the same thing. Avoid them at all costs. Hope you know a good mechanic otherwise.
