Worst customer service ever. Needed business cards and brochures by a specific date more than 10 days after initial design contact. Thought this would be no problem and liked the prices. Suddenly shipping was going to be almost the cost of the items to speed transit and they couldn't guarantee delivery. Agreed to pay an exhorbitant $100 design fee, take my designs and have them printed at Staples next day for just about the same low cost... Then PS Print double bills me the $100 design fee and refuses to refund on the double bill. WORST customer service ever. Not dependable and their initial apparently cheap prices are false advertizing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They do not care about your order, or your time. 5 day processing is a lie! I didnt receive my cards for 11 days after order. Company would not reply to expedite shipping request or return a call made directly to customer support. Also, tacked on shipping that was not in the quote initially. Worst place I have encountered. Not professional, and according to other reviews this is how the treat MOST OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!! Unacceptable PS Print!! You suck.
I was trying to create an invitation which was quire complicated for me. After Staples turned out to be no help, I stumbled on PsPrint and was delighted to find helpful customer service reps who helped me along the way. However, I was blown away when I was lucky enough to connect to EMEKA ORUCHE, the final customer service rep to help me. He not only talked me though some difficulties, he alerted me to other areas that he thought needed work and even came in early to work on my project. After he patiently set me straight on how I should proceed, he watched over my "job" until he was satisfied it would be what I wanted. I can't say enough about PsPrint in general and EMEKA ORUCHE in specific. If I am permitted to specifically request him again in December, he will be the one helping with our Christmas cards! Ive used there service for flyers & business cards in the past, no problems. I even recommend their service to others. I placed an order of 1000 stickers with no hard copy. The green line on the Black background wasnt visible. I took that on the chin because I needed the stickers for an out of town event. My last order die cut stickers 1st I was given the excuse their graphic designer quit so they were short staffed. 2nd It was you havent submitted proper artwork after being on a very helpful call with one of the CSRs who submitted it herself while we were on the phone and I uploaded a file with the proper edits and paid the additional $45 for any additional graphic design edits. Following a hunch I check the status of the order to find out they still need artwork. All of this back pushes my completion date back to 5/1/19. So 5/1/19 I show up 5:52PM to pick up the order to be informed its not complete. I call CSR today to express my complaint they offer to cancel my order and provide a refund . PLEASE DO WHATEVER NEEDS TO BE DONE TO FIX YOUR ISSUES. HAVE A EXTRA GRAPHIC DESIGNER ON PAYROLL OR STANDBY SO IF ONE QUITS YOU KEEP ROLLING.
