Ciocca serviced my wife's car for a simple oil change. They performed a maintenance inspection and forgot to properly secure the air intake filter. The screws were not tightened. The service guy told my wife there was a air suction noise after the oil change and would eventually go away. I found this to be ridiculous, so I inspected the car and found the air intake not assembled correctly. I can't believe what they told my wife. I'll never have them service my cars again.

Ciocca Chevy of Quakertown is the worst dealership to deal with. Bought a Tahoe October 26th, then they come back today and tell me I need to put another 1200 down and sign a new contract for a higher payment. Thats their f up to fix. A legal document was signed and agreed upon.

I recently just bought a Silverado at Ciocca Chevrolet from Derek. I have bought a total including my Partners 3 vehicles there and I love their customer service in sales because I wasn't pressured or felt taken advantage of either time. They got me what I wanted each time. I will recommend anyone to go there. Not only is the customer service good in sales Jason in service is great and along with Eric in Parts and Matt in Business and Financing I would like for them to be credited and included as well. Yesterday I left the car for service and ordered to do a detailed washing machine. I paid $ 200 full detail truck, wash, clay, buff,wax and shampoo , and shine of the interior,but my car is not washing, not waxing , not buffing.......
