I will never order from this company again. Very poor customer service. I can't even track my shipment. Company has a automated service telling me my order is being shipped in 5 business day's. For the 4th time. Teechip need to come up with a better solution. Yes Covid19 effect alot of business. However I ordered from various of companies, and didn't experience long delays. Step up your customer service I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Big thumbs down for me.

I yes this company is fake then they draw you in and try to say you get 5% 10% off your order but then when you make your order you never get your percent and then they said if you sign up you get a automatically discount 5% never got it i made a order June 3 2020 $105.00 of 3 items just received order of July 18th 2020. Two shirt an 1 hooding only I can say that the size is true order i order 4x shirt 1X hoodie an 1x t-shirt try calling them of course couldn't get through emailed they did email back I would not be ordering from this company again I thought because website is say Indiana State an USA and by I'm right here in Michigan I would have had it very quick then they claim because of certain item is getting hi ordereds an make as request and then they try to say because of epidemic now if I wanted to wear it for the 4th of July I wouldn't had it and that's what I told them then I asked them to delete my debit card off the website I usually do not order with my main debit card but I'm going to order new debit card because I do not trust this company or companies that act like them
