Brought my car in on Friday to have it diagnosed, so for that & not even 24 hour rental car use came to almost $200. They were quoting me well over $1000 for what they claimed to be the issue. I went elsewhere and got same work done for a fraction of what they were trying to scam me out of at a well reputable dealership/service center. And THEN to find out my car was completely misdiagnosed after the repair was beyond frustrating. I am so glad I did not spend the $1000 to have it fixed through your company just to be out $1200+ on top of the rental car I had to pay for out of my own pocket due to my car not being fixed. My car isn't even worth fixing at this point and I have decided to go a different route. Very disappointed since this is a Chrysler location and my car should have been properly diagnosed.
Thanks for the feedback Bryan and thanks for making the trip. Glad we could help out.

I hate dealerships. I drove up from MKE and bought a Jeep. Ask for Mike Waters, best dealership experience I've had. I found some paint chips and a missing tire pressure cap and Mike sent the touch up paint pen and the cap in the mail. Very nice, low stress.
Hi Joe. Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the frustration. We want to help but we have no record of you doing business at our location. We do not have your name ("Joe Staszak") in our system. We want to help. Shoot us a message ([email protected]).

Service dept is garbage. For the price of there vehicles they should not try to skimp out on actually fixing the real problems!!
