Contacted them to buy a RAM Promaster and had a verbal agreement on price. I was contacted the next day by a different sales associate with a new (several thousand more) price. Get it in writing or stay away. They'll try and pull a fast one otherwise.
The staff in the dealer lot is always helpful and they back off when you need space. The service lot is friendly and they have a shuttle that takes you to the metro station nearby and will pick you up with just a quick phone call. I've been really happy with my treatment there.
Worst experience ever. Do not get but the maintenance package its a waste of money. Every time I come here I always takes at least 2-2.5 hours at least for an oil change. Im currently today still waiting for only an oil change and Ive been here 3 hours counting. Only 1 person was in front of me when I got here. Not worth it
