I have given one star as they have arranged test drive. Every other experience was too bad. Very difficult sales people. Not professional at all. No negotiations and very rude at customer. And we felt they are very racist. We went to buy a 7 seater for my friend. Our priority was Nissan Xtrail, Nissan pathfinder or Kia Sorento. Issue 1: There were many Xtrails but we were only shown Pathfinder as they want to push higher priced models. Issue 2: Sales professionals wont smoke in the venue and that too when speaking with customers. Issue 3: While negotiating the deal ($1500 less than original price), we were asked to leave immediately with sarcastic comments that we wont be able to afford an Xtrail too. Issue 4: Very racists. The car price was reduced the following day and we called up to check on this. The person on phone told, "If it is you, we wont reduce the price". We bought an Xtrail from another dealer the same day and carnet looses the business. Serious advice to management. Kindly train your professionals how to speak or deal with the customer and not to be racists. We came here as one of our common friend referred but we will not recommend to anyone hereafter.

Got a call from the team here about my car for sale on car sales. They said bring it in which was a fair drive and I was assured that they would offer something firm as what I had advertised. They offered well below and wasted a lot of my time as well as handling the situation very unprofessionally. Thanks Shane for the waste of time. Might want to manage the telemarketing team better. What a joke

I had a great experience and a valuable advice from Shane today. And even though I didnt end up selling my car to them, the customer service, great advice and quick service I received are worth leaving a positive review from one very happy customer.
very very bad, bad staff service, if u are private buy it from here not dealerships , u must need careful to inspection each u like vehicle. Otherwise after you pay the money and drive out the Carnet door door door and broken down on the road, if u give to them a call, they will say this is not us problem, this is ur problem, because u paid the money what ever 1min or 5min 0r 1 day. Joke about a company.
