Terrible service in the service department. Called to make an appointment, made 12 attempts to a phone line that rings forever (the most i let it ring was 32 rings) with no answer, i finally got someone who said i need to speak to someone in the scheduling department, and he transfers me to a voicemail. I call back again, and ask for Brenda (name on voicemail) thinking she might be away from the desk, and got the voicemail, i call back speak to the operator who says she starts at 9am, 15 minutes from then, i call back 25 minutes later still get voicemail, called back 35 min later still get voicemail, 40 min later still get voicemail, calles 2 more times, no different. Called service again where it rang forever again, and let the gentleman know i just needed to make an appointment to get an oil change, and the person i was transferred to is just a voicemail for the past hour, he says just leave a voicemail and wait for her to get back to you..???...gone are the days of actual service and respect for a customer....nevertheless...now taking my service needs to Putnam in Burlingame...not a problem since!
called to find out if the service dept is open and to see if I could drop my car off for service. The guy who answered the phone said no service is closed today and hung up. After spending 50K+ on a car you'd think they'd be at least courteous. I'm done with Cadillac. No wonder most of my friends switched to Mercedes - BETTER customer service.
