This dealer is great, until you have issues. Purchased a 2018 Hellcat from Seattle CDJR and was our dream car. After about 2 months, the vehicle was having issues. After about 10 visits to the dealer and no resolution on a fix, found that CORPORATE told us to Lemon out the vehicle... We took corporate's advice and proceeded with the lemon law which instructed us to return the vehicle back to the purchasing dealer. We were basically told that they will NOT take vehicles back, no matter what. Luckily I had a friend at Rainier Dodge that helped us with the Lemon process. I would have written a 5 star review for this dealer had they taken care of us, but if you have issues it appears you're on your own. I want a dealer that owns up, not flakes out. If your purchase a vehicle from a dealership, they should help you out at every process, not just the initial purchase.
I brought my brand new truck in to get a linex bed liner installed (was negotiated into my purchase). While the bed liner looks good (though no linex stickers which I thought was unusual,) my truck was returned to me with dried dirt all over it, the radio was left blaring from whoever drove it before me, and my antenna is completely missing from my brand new truck. They also managed to use over 1/8 of a tank of gas while it was there, but Im less upset and just generally confused about that.) I am HIGHLY disappointed in the care (or lack thereof,) that was shown to my brand new vehicle. The ONLY reason Im giving this 3 stars is because the bed liner looks well done. Guess Ill be looking to buy a new antenna since mine is gone.
Terry made the whole buying process a very enjoyable experience. The rest of the operation could stand to go through some formal customer service training. Best, Tom
They literally lied and said it was illegal to not finance with one of their banks. Absolute trash with no dignity.
