DO NOT GO TO THESE @#$HOLES! I purchased a Groupon for a remote car starter installation. I read the fine print as I always do. I went into the store to set up an appointment to have it done. Was told by the guy behind the counter it would be 140 dollars for a bypass due to the security on my Jeep. That's funny. The fine print says nothing about extras for security. Here's what the fine print says for extra expenses. "Extra labor charges may apply on complex vehicles, push start, and standard transmission vehicles". Nothing about security systems or alarms. I asked the guy behind the counter to read that. He said he is not going to read it and proceeded to tell me I was "acting like a sissy" . Very professional. Well done. Real classy. I will do everything in my power to make sure everyone I know, knows not to use these guys. If you like to be insulted and called names then by all means this is the place for you. I was trying to spend my money locally. And these small businesses wonder why people go to big box stores? I've never been called names or insulted at a big box store. They will insult themselves right out of business sooner or later. I would gave given them zero stars if that was an option.
To be honest, this place does not even deserve a star. Less than a year ago I went in to get a remote car starter installed. As a college student, it was definitely expensive but I thought it would be worth it since sometimes I leave my car and don't back to it anywhere between 6 and 10 hours later. After a few months, the screen started turning black. Also, about 60% of the time, my car wouldn't start. I would walk to the parking lot and the car would be off. My father and I went into the shop to get it checked out since the car starter had a 1 YEAR WARRANTY. The guy at the front desk did not greet us or give us the time of day. When my dad explained the issues, he said you have to buy a new one...even though we had the warranty. He didn't offer help or apologize for the fact that one of their highly esteemed and quality products had failed miserably. I felt uncomfortable in the shop and in the hundreds of places I have gone to, I have NEVER received such terrible customer service. I felt like they just wanted my money and then were done with me. I can undoubtedly say that I will NEVER go back and would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Don't waste your time....go somewhere else that hires professional and helpful employees.
Very upsetting to know that if you misplace a voucher although you have proof of purchase credit reciept company will do nothing to honor it.
