I bought a Chevy Tahoe from this dealership. It was the middle winter and extremely cold so I took their word for it that the vehicle was rust free and did not inspect underneath the vehicle. They made a big point about how clean and rust free it was and how the owner had lived in Florida. I trusted a big name operation like this and assumed they would not go out of their way to lie about significant facts. The vehicle was actually very rusty underneath and started rusting through in about one year. After two years 2" holes behind rear tires rusted totally through where the rust started coming through not long after buying the vehicle. My own stupidity for taking this dealership at their word, so good for them for tricking me. I take full responsibility for that. That being said I would never do business with this place again for lying and being fraudulent. Fraudulent is defined by wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. I'm sure what they did is not illegal so again good for them, but it is definitely wrongful to intentionally lie to people. Buyer beware of this place that doesn't mind intentionally lying to customers to make a sale.
Well Tony. Sorry we let you down?? If you would tell me specifically what happened I could help and make it up to you. My first mystery is that we don't have a Bob that works here. There is a Bob at the MotorSports store next door, who is very helpful, I agree. I really would like to help. Feel free to give me shout...Dan
