1. They are the most dishonest dealership I have ever done business with. They misrepresented facts about the vehicle and packages installed on the vehicle. 2. They changed the sale price on the vehicle when it went to financing. 3. They changed the contract, forged my name and resubmitted it to Toyota Financial. Stay away as these guys are the scum of the earth.

These guys are a bunch of con artists. First of all they call me and tell me they have a car , not in their inventory though as its just arrived. I pack the family and drive down 25odd miles. When I arrive I just wait and wait and wait, the guy whos supposed to get with me is just walking around and finally when he gets to me he tells the car isnt there, its got a broken bumper and they sent it for service. Hah! A toyota dealership with service parts sends a toyota for service elsewhere! Hey Toyota get your shyte together, get some decent folks to sell your car and not a bunch of racist demeaning retards.

I stopped by Toyota of Lewisville today to look at the new 2012 Highlander and maybe pick up a broshure to take home and look it at. I did not even plan to purchase anything until the end of the year. Well a younger gentleman by the name of Nick Popplewell greeted me as I pulled up to the parking lot and invited me inside and offered me a cold bottle of water. He was very curtious and friendly and answered all of my questions like he was reading it straight out of a book. After test driving the Highlander Nick offered to show me a few different purchase options and said not to feel pressured at all. Well needless to say I just arrived home in my new 2012 Highlander and could not be happier :D This was by far the best experience I have ever had at any dealership and I would recommend anyone that is interested in a new Toyota or maybe a used vehicle to go up there and see Nick. Mangers were awesome and the GM Scott Fly came down and personally thanked me for my business. I am very confident that these guys will be taking care of me after the sell. Thank all of you again, Tiffany :)

Angel Calix in the Sales Department is my angel! I have never had such a wonderful (and I mean this) car buying experience. He helped my daughter buy her first brand new car and not only sold her a very dependable car, but taught life lessons in a positive way. Angel had tremendous follow up with both of us. He kept his promises and made it happen. When we finalized the deal, there were no surprises. Like I said Angel is an angel. He has created a lifelong Toyota customer in her and now myself. I will buy my next cars from Angel and Toyota Lewisville. My daughter said that the Finance Department was stellar and treated her with respect and honesty. They made a miracles happen!! Oil Change for life too!!!

I call to ask about trade in price for my Tacoma. I am wanting to trade in my Tahoe and Tacoma and buy another Toyota. Sherri, the internet sales person assures me that I will not waste my time. I'm thinking, "yeah right." But I go in and see what they are willing to give me for my trade in. The sales person tell me that I have hail damage on my truck and the dent on my tailgate is the reason they can't give me what it is worth. I live in south texas! It never freezes yet alone hail! I laugh in his face with amusement and tell him to give me my keys and I'll try my luck else where. He walks me to my car and shows me the "hail damage." I wipe the dirt off and tell him he is CRAZY! I call sherri back to thank her for wasting my time and she hangs up on me. Do you research before buying a car and be cautious about Lewisville Toyota!
