On the 14 december 2017 had a hawk alarm installed by engineer it all working perfect although i had no manual in has mute button on it why have that when you need it on to hear if anyone messing with car bleep blue light over if you forget to turn off alarm the akarm will go off you get two key pad one for your keys the other near you its doing its job

We sent him battery twice, according to post office he received 2 batteries. Batteries enclosed in plastic envelopes not paper enveloeps.

Ordered a battery for the alarm I bought from Hawk Car Alarms, however they send it in a paper envelope, which resulted in an empty envelope being received. They admitted the fault by resending but still used a paper envelope. Result still no battery. Company now excusing me of being a liar and that I had received the battery. Will certainly not be using them again. All over a 2.99 battery...... What a joke to customer service and loyalty!!
