2.5 stars if I could! Some of the staff is ok while others are very rude. We were trading our 2011 Supercharged Range Rover Sport (SC RRS) to a 2016/2017 version the deal didn't have one so they processed to push other cars on us. This mixed with how condescending they were drove us to go to Cincinnati Land Rover where the staff is very respectful to customers. Plus the service department is ten times nicer. The Cincinnati Land Rover didn't have the car in stock we wanted, so they helped us find one and now they do all our service for us.

Terrible customer service. Terrible team overall all dealerships near by are good except Land Rover.
Mr. Barrack, the mechanic, was exceptionally accommodating and honest about the work necessary on my LR4 2016 . He vigilantly explained the testing planned and what course of action he took to correct the problem. I was frustrated with MAG here in Columbus Ohio and had gone to Dayton driving 80 miles from my residency expecting to be charged a great deal of money for the work. But Mr. Barrack discovered the problem and the solution to be covered by my warranty saving me from a drastic financial crisis. He gave me a curtsey car and brought my car 60 miles. Because of his honesty, I saved several hundred dollars and a great deal of frustration. He is kind and professional worth going to Dayton to see him every time driving 80miles one way.
