I had to take my car here for a recall item. Dropped off in the evening. Never did an evening drop off so I had to rely on their instructions. They didn't have the proper envelopes just plain instructions said to fill out form? I'm lost already because they only had plain envelopes. There was also a key stuck in the drop box from someone else so I couldn't put my key in or someone could just teach in and take it. I had to go inside and ask the sales people how to? They were very helpful filled out for me unstuck key. Thank goodness. I get a call from service the next day telling mr its ready. I asked if they washed my car? Guy s a ys no but he will b ave them wash it. I'm not sure why they don't automatically do that everywhere else usually does. But ok. They are doing it. I arrive to pick up my car I was told to go to cashier she handed me paperwork. I ask r d for an explanation of what exactly was one. She sent me back to service. Then I was sent on a hunt for my car. They don't pull your car up for you they told me in parking lot to left? So off I go to find my car. Took a few minutes to find my car sitting in the sun without my windshield protector on which was sitting right in passengers seat you can't miss it. Why didn't they put on? If it wasn't for sales department I would have given them only 2 stars. Not happy with customer service sucked!!
The sales person was awesome. But the money guy was so pushy he actually took my fiance's keys, supposedly to "Run numbers" even though she had not agreed to it. When she began to feel pressured and uncomfortable she asked for her keys back. They did not return them to her. I was away at a dealership down the way when I start getting text messages describing the situation and asking me to come get her. When she walked out of the building crying to come find me to help THEN someone came to see what was wrong and went to get her keys. WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT!? Holding her keys hostage to force a deal is downright out of line. Wrong. The whole thing was wrong. She was still crying when I got to her. Absolutely unacceptable.
Matt did a great job of finding us a vehicle that met our criteria - a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When it came time to agree upon a price for the Jeep and a trade-in value for the older vehicle, Folsom Lake Jeep was very reasonable and we quickly came to agreement. The Grand Cherokee is for the wife and she is very happy. Thank you Matt and Folsom Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
7/4 @12:31. I am in the market to burly a 2019 RAM Limited This is my third trip to this dealership in past two weeks. This is also the third time that I have parked and walked the inventory for at least 15 minutes without a single person asking me if they could help me. Not even a hello. Today there was some salesman in a hat in the shade talking to his buddy on the phone. Apparently that was more important than making the sale. You. Guys. Are. The. Worst. Good luck Im off to Roseville.
