The Service department is lousy when it comes to answering the phone. I have to call 2-3 times just to reach someone. Other than that, I've gotten service and always been satisfied.
Customer service was outstanding. The way we were treated from the time we walked in and when we left. However, we did not get our $500 military rebate, or the internet price (and I came in with it printed off). Things got to moving very fast and numbers were changing often and I did not catch it. Therefore, I paid $1,000 more than I should have for the vehicle, shame on me.
