Ordered 2 hoodies to be embodied for my work place Nothing complicated just 2 lines. Had been almost 3 weeks and still not done. Cancelled my order in the end as was taking FAR too long. Turn around is appalling and no communication throughout I had to keep ringing and chasing up. I could have potentially been a big customer but certainly wont be using them again.

Very polite and extremely anxious to please.I have used their garment embroidery on several occasions, and found their workmanship more than satisfactory. I would certainly recommend them, based upon my dealings with them.
