This company denied me credit! Then said it qas a glitch in the system. Failed to help take care of the issue and then turned around and made mw an account and then turned around and repossessed the car
This company can be very polite on the phone however, I get rude emails from them demanding I call them every week? Even if I make a payment date to go through automatically through my bank. I recently got a new email telling me I Must call them today on a promise to pay a payment 8 days from now? I didnt promise anything I set up an actual payment to be deducted from my bank account ! Thats actual not a hearsay promise? I dont understand why the harass me ? I dont need to be on the phone every week for a car valued at $4000! I just dont get it ?
Only problem so far didn't give a credit for car lot not informing me driveway had my.loan so I was 30days late. They wouldn't give any breaks. I made a double payment and they still have me bad with my credit. So we'll see..

We pay our car payment every month on time. The company now claims we owe them $849 which is a lie. This started when they implemented a new system where they no longer take debit & credit card payments, you can only pay using your checking account number. We did that, pay through our bank's routing number. Never missed a single payment. We overpay our car payment every month. They are scamming people.
