I was disappointed the forklift I purchased was listed as cushion tire when it was actually hard tire for cement only.

Hi Bill, I'm sorry for the frustration you've experienced by inspecting the truck you wanted to bid on. We tell all of our customers to check out the items they're interested in prior to bidding so they don't end up buying something they won't enjoy. In this case, I'm glad to hear you inspected the truck, found you didn't like it, and didn't buy it and get stuck with something you hate because that would have been a lot more frustrating for you, I'm sure! While some stuff on auction isn't in the greatest shape (it is an auction after all), not everything we sell is a pile of junk. I hope you'll consider being our customer in the future. -Ryan

Well I started out calling auction block about some trucks that where selling and he said they where in excellent shape so i made a four hour drive to look.thank you little baby Jesus that i did because they all looked like they belonged at the city dump i have been around trucks my whole life and that is the worst group of polished up junk i have ever seen buy beware pics are not what you are getting

We're just an auction company - a middle-man of sorts - and we don't actually know anything about the things we are selling, all we really know is what the consignor tells us. We tell all of our customers to have a third party inspection or come inspect items themselves prior to bidding because we're trying to help you avoid frustration like this. my father in law asked if i would go from bowman to audubon mn to pick up a truck he bought for the farm. I asked him if we needed anything he said just coffee its a long drive.He called auction block before he bought the truck and it was a ready to work truck so i agreed.we made it to the truck early in the day the truck seemed to be in poor condition and not work ready with Lots of blow bye! but as the man at auction block said you own it already so home we headed. Just out side of bismarck it put a rod out the side of the block and left a quarter mile of oil on the road we had it towed into bismarck when my father in law called auction block he said you bought a used truck and hung up on him WORK READY I THINK NOT
