I purchased my Tahoe new from the dealership in 2007 and have been taking it there for all my service needs.This time I was overcharged for my repairs and when I disputed the charges I was passed off to the service manager a week later only to be treated like I was trying to rip the service department off when in fact I was the one being rip off! I will NEVER let them service my vehicle again. Get your charges in writing prior to authorizing any repairs or service work is my suggestion!

I would like to personally thank Mr. James McPhearson for excellence top of line service. He broke everything down for me so that I could completely understand from top to bottom. He found the exact car i wanted from the inside out. I also like to thank Mr. Adam Sgori and Mr. Bill Stink for the help they provided the nformation they gave, and going to back for me to help me in every way possible. Between all these great men they really put the words "Customer comes first" in to play and i really appreciate that from the bottom of my heart.. Priorities for life is a joke. I have been bringing my truck in every 5000 miles for servicing for the last 4 years and I have asked them to check out two particular issues during that time (both which have TSBs on them) and the Service Desk said "That will cost you $110 for a diagnostic". Ridiculous that they would charge you for known problems. The service department is constantly trying to upsell you to unnecessary services (like a transmission fluid change two weeks after a change was done due to "dirty transmission fluid". I asked them to show me how they knew and they said the color difference, but when the existing fluid and new fluid were placed side by side on a white piece of paper there was no color difference???). Even if they are recommended maintenance services, it is at exhorbitant prices ($150 to put fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank??). Needless to say, after basically wasting hundreds of dollars on their Priority for life servicing (which I could have done myself at home for less money), I will not be bringing my vehicle back to them. They are either 1) incompetent or 2) a scam artist. Either way, I am done. Worst part is I have owned a bunch of GM vehicles in the last 30 years and this is clearly the worst I have been treated by a dealership's service department in that time
