My experience was typical with salesman telling you that they know all there is to know about the vehicle you are purchasing but cant find the latch to open the hood. Looking you in the eye and promising that your vehicle will be detailed because it was not done prior to showing it. Said that the vehicle had a 100+ point inspection and passed even with questionable tires and a completely destroyed rear windshield wiper. I dont know the extent of issues that the vehicle has but am having it checked by an outside mechanic for assurances. I did get a good deal on my used BMW x3 xdrive 28i.

Would give it a 0 if I could. Worst Customer Service I have ever in counter. Albert is the worst customer service support there is. Those certificates that are posted by there work area have to be boot leg. Waited for a part for the longest. He send me the wrong one. Left about 5 messages with no response back. Would never service my vehicle or purchase one in that dump of a lot that they call a dealer. Update: After speaking to the Manager nothing was done. They all full of garbage.

I have went to this dealership 4 time so far for service on my truck. They are 4 for 4 , great service department. I did not buy the truck from them, but they do the service for me because their a Dodge dealership. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
