Took more than 4 hours when it should have only took 2 hours. Did not clean the seats like they were supposed to and the widows were not clean! These should not have been a problem

Completely false and fabricated. 100 percent of rebates listed have complete disclosure on every vehicle. In this case, she did not qualify for the 620 credit score or below incentives offered by Chrysler among other incentives and is bashing our dealership because she did read the bold disclosures. These disclosures are not in fine print and every single rebate used is listed clearly beneath the picture of this automobile! Chuck. May be now that I have responded she will take the time to go back to the vehicle in question and read them. The really humorous thing is we display them all out of complete transparency to make sure every customer knows exactly what is available to them so they are not left in the dark and qualify for something that a traditional dealer might keep from telling them.

LIARS! I am including a screen shot of their website as of 5/17/18; 10:00 PM. Price - $22,758 is 100% NOT the accurate price, not even close! TODD (current salesman with Chuck Stevens Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Bay Minette, AL as of 5/17/18) flat out told me that this price was put on the internet to attract buyers, NO BODY EVER got this price according to Todd! EVER, Nobody EVER got this price! He said MY price would be $26K! Wait, what???? I informed him that this practice was WRONG. He told me CHRIS MEYERS DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP did this and they had to do the same thing to be able to compete with them. He asked me what I wanted to pay for the truck. I told him closer to $20K as it was shown online. He LAUGHED IN MY FACE AND SAID THAT HE COULD NOT BELIEVE I THOUGHT I COULD BUY A BRAND NEW TRUCK AT SUCH A LOW PRICE! He LAUGHED at ME for thinking I could buy the exact same truck shown on the internet for the internet advertised price!
