I was there aug 24 looking for 2019 lincoln mkt ..they run my credit even they told me its not effect my credit report but I see my credit report its say hard inquiry they are lying with people so I recommend people don't go over there just waste my time waste my credit

Tried calling for 3 hrs today to get through to service for an appointment. The rude lady kept hanging up the phone. She hung up 3 times; acting as if she couldn't hear me. She finally just stopped answering the calls . Terrible customer service. The lady in service on 9/19/22 at approximately 9am to 12pm; needs customer service training &this should be addressed by a manager. I'm still in need of an appointment. Let's see how long this takes to get one.

Very nice and respectful. They handled a lot of people despite having a short staff. Sean Sanderson was nice and courteous to everyone.
I wish I could rate this a negative 5 stars! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP...not even a pen!!! I was a first time buyer. I was taken advantage of by three of their salesmen, not to mention two of their customer service handlers. I was told I would receive the car I purchased this weekend for internet asking price, as my old car was totaled in an accident, and that was not the case. I unknowingly signed the deal which was padded with "dealer fees" and now I am out $5,000 over my budget. These people have messed with God's anointed. They will reap what they sew. I am walking away disappointed BUT it was a huge lesson learned. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT SUCH DECEIT!
