Well I can't say anything about them...they are closed at 5 pm and closed on the weekends....HOW DO THEY GET BUSINESS? That's terrible!!

I had what I considered a good size order, I thought that I would give support to a local business instead of just anyone so I went here. I spent close to a $1,000 and it was difficult to deal with them from the beginning. I couldnt get them to give a quote for almost a week for my work. Then when I finally went in they didnt actually have what I was looking for I had to find it myself in their books. Finally ended up spending almost double what I was originally quoted. Which is fine I had some last min changes and it is a custom order totally understand but towards the end of my order Maddie who I dealt with picking up the order was extremely RUDE & SNOBBY, she made me feel like I was a problem rather than a valued customer. My order and actual work came out great, however I wouldnt recommend simply based off customer service.
