The larger, dark haired lady who does the estimates is just flat out rude. Literally was speechless and didn't know how to respond due to her rude, stinky attitude. If your working customer service, you should never have an attitude so bad it chases customers away. Bad asset to the company. Rated this one star originally but Scott (I believe)reached out to me and showed me stellar service, how it should be done. Thank you Scott, even though I went through another company, I will change it to 3 stars because of your amazing service, pactience and attentiveness. That's a valuable employee, one who can combat a bad experience/fellow employee with a good, gracious gestures.
Ive used them before and recommend them to family members and they and I, were happy with results and service, I try getting my new car fixed with them but the front desk lady has such rude customer service. Made me not want to give my business to them.

Awesome place. I had my VW Jetta sent in recently after a fender bender and Scott was extremely professional and communicative about my car. I got my car within the time they estimated which was awesome as in the past with other car places I went to the service always went over the estimated time. Carlos also had picked me up when my car was ready and I really enjoyed the conversation that we had. If I ever get hit again in Bellingham I will definitely send my car back!

i wish i could give 10 stars for Ilieda, getting in a wreck is stressful but Ilieda's knowledge and help with the process of getting my car repaired relieved a lot of stress. thanks for your patience and for being so helpful.
Fire at No 1 Collision caused by one of their employees destroyed our car. It was in for a dent repair that was apparently completed before the fire. Our insurance company considered the car a write off and sent an auctions firm to pick it up for salvage. The General Manager of No. 1 would not release the car until we paid him money for the repair work even though the vehicle was never returned to us. We ended up filing with our insurance company for the value of the vehicle but had to pay Joel, the General Manager to get the salvage value proceeds.
