My wife brought her Volvo there to replace the damaged right side view mirror front cover They did it. But about a month later, the cover simply fell off and was never found. Steve's Auto claims to provide a one year warranty on their service, so of course we brought her car back to have them replace the missing right mirror front cover, which they had clearly improperly installed (In conversation with my wife, Steve said he saw no other damage that could account for the cover coming off). We left the car there for a couple of hours and returned to be told that my wife was being charged for another right side mirror front cover. I was horrified. I could hardly believe my ears. This is the kind of behavior that gives auto service shops a bad name.

Went in to get an estimate and find out why my car was ticking. Guy I spoke to was visibly irritated that I was there and said that it was their lunch time and to come back later. Came back an hour later and heard the same guy berating a delivery guy about getting deliveries earlier in the day; even though I could obviously hear him he did nothing to lower his voice or stop cursing. Asked again about getting an estimate and was told that I would need to leave my vehicle for an inspection and come back the next day with $100 for the estimate. I asked of the estimate coat would go towards the work that would be performed and he laughed at me and said "That's not how it works lady." I opted to take my vehicle elsewhere as I couldn't see the service getting any better. Shockingly rude and condescending.

Steve and Ryan are great to work with...my Subaru was pretty banged up and they made it like new for just under the insurance--wonderful job. Great people. Highly recommend. In fact, the May 28 tornado damaged it and we are having them repair it again!
