Purchased new vehicle off lot. Took in for complimentary oil change, free points inspection, rotation of tires....this was our second visit...We were very suspicious of our first visit because nothing looked different...so this time we took pictures showing markings that were deliberately placed on tires, oil filter, pictures of existing oil, windshield fluid, antifreeze NO WORK WAS COMPLETED!!!!! PICTURES WERE SHOWN TO SERVICE REP...HMMMMM...QUESTIONABLE BEHAVIORS,! SHAME ON MAITA SUBARU! IM NOT THE FIRST, LAST OR ONLY ONE BEING DUPED!!! Despite documenting all the work and verifying the Service..they were busted for lies, lies, lies. 40 years and such unethical behaviors targeting their own customers. Shame on you MAITA SUBARU..SHOULD BE A MINUS -1000

I took a long lunch hour and drove 60 minutes round-trip to look at a particular model of Subaru because they showed 20 vehicles their website (new car inventory). When I got there, there were only 4 on their lot. To see more, I would have been required to go to a separate lot a mile away after giving them my drivers license (so I could drive the car I wasn't interested in to/from). To complicate matters, they wouldn't have keys to open the cars unless I pre-determined which one or two I wanted to look at (a catch-22). The two people I dealt with were nice enough. It's just that their concept of a "showroom" is broken. If you visit because of what they show as "inventory" on their website, I recommend calling them before making a trip, and allowing extra time. For me, there are other dealers closer with more to show, so I won't be going back.
