Do these guys not want to sell a car?! Inquired about a vehicle I found on the website that I was ready to purchase. They emailed me so I called them and left a message never got a call back. Even called a sales team member, Mike but he never got back to me. This kind of service is horrible , especially for a Range Rover dealership. I guess they don't want to sell cars. I ended up going else where and ended up purchasing 2 vehicles. To bad Land Rover

The worst Range Rover dealer in Chicago. Shame ! The whole crew should take vacation in Europe and learn from them how to properly run dealership of Range Rover You will think that you pay all those money to get quality product with quality costumer service. You cant be more wrong !

Best car buying experience thus far. Thanks to Mark over at Land Rover Chicago, I have found the perfect vehicle that I have been looking for. Fantastic service all around, complete honesty and digression, lovely staff and dealership. I would highly recommend!
Hi Ash, we'd like to clarify that we do accept older Land Rovers if they have been in our shop before. If you have been servicing with us for the last 8 years, then there must have been some miscommunication, for which we sincerely apologize. Please reach out to our Service Manager, Greg Urban, and we would be happy to confirm and get you scheduled for service.

Been using this location for past 8 years. Was just informed they no longer service vehicles (even if theyre LR brand) over 10 years old. Not sure its all locations or just this one but this just proves where customer service is headed these days. Meaning, there is none. Update. Instead of calling to schedule service (since according to Sydney in the call center they no longer service older models) I just drove up to the service entrancemore difficult to tell someone no face to face than over phone. Well, my car was serviced (looks like you were wrong Sydney ) and I was informed by service department and obviously owner that they do and will service my 2010 RR.
Dont take your car for service....normally don't put reviews but this time I have to, so the next person that's goes don't have the bad experience I had set a appointment for tire rotation and oil change, I mark a tire to see if they, would of rotate my tires they did not so that makes me think did they even change the oil filter and check my vehicle like they said they would do. I call and spoke to the Manger he said he spoke to the tech and that he forgot to rotate my tires that he will refund me my money I ask my self you pay top dollar to get the job done right.. would never rutern
