There's no sense of urgency to take care of potential/existing customers. Communication is poor. Commitments are not fulfilled. The 'slow, southern, good ole boy' culture is pervasive and disappointing.
My husband called 2 weeks ago to make an appointment to bring his truck in for numerous recalls and the check engine light. He was told to bring it in on Monday morning - he had it there as soon as they opened. He called on Tuesday afternoon about picking it up and was told they had not touched it but would do so first thing Wednesday. I called late Wednesday and was told they hadn't touched it but would run diagnostic on it Thursday and he really couldn't say when they would actually work on it. Joshua "bragged" that he had trucks sitting there for 4 weeks that hadn't been touched. I explained that this is his work truck and he needed it to use not just sit on their lot. I politely told him that this was some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. AVOID their service department. We have obviously bought our last (expensive) vehicle there if this is the level of service to be expected.
Hey Bryan, your business is so important to us! You are right, we have an incredible staff, but couldn't continue to serve you and our community without customers like yourself. Thanks for the business!
Not only does our company buy all of our work trucks here, I also buy all of my familys personal vehicles here. All I have to do is call Johnny Murdock and tell him what I want, and he always comes through. I know I am getting the best deal and the best service when I buy from Johnny. Mr. Mchaney I want to apologize for the misunderstanding. There was a miscommunication between the salesman and sales manager. Though this does not normally happen, from time to time we do make mistakes and for that I apologize. The vehicles we spoke to you about over the phone are here, we just couldn't get them within your budget. Once we realized our mistake we were trying to find a vehicle that would work for you. Unfortunately there were to many hurdles for us to cross. I am very sorry we wasted your time today and if I can compensate you for that I will.

Terrible. They lied to us on the phone for two days and then when we got there to choose the deal they offered everything changes and they wanted to sell us other vehicles that was out of out price range. Found out later (2 hours) that they never did have the vehicles that we all talked about. Told us what we wanted to hear then got us in there to sell is what they wanted to sell us. Walked out.
