If you have a claim they are the worst to get a simple 15-20 min estimate from .they will lie say they getting it wrote up when it should have been wrote up just to not send it it . JUST PATHETIC the secretary lies about talking to you the pathetic because they cant find documents or complete them . mechanic lies to the insurance people lie about getting estimates wrote lies about services JUST PATHETIC I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS or recommend anybody to this pathetic establishment

Although they could not help me with my needs, they were still helpful and gave me leads on who could. I would stop and see them if in the future I have work for them more in there line of work.

Horrible service, took over a month after quoted a week/two. Gave vehicle back dirty, without manufacturer decals. Didn't fix all of the dents/broken reflectors lights, gas cap...Service Rep was very rude, not helpful. We have given D's our business for over 5 years, 3 cars, and 4+ claims. Our experience with D's Pioneer Parkway was excellent 2 years ago-They waived deductibles, helped us get everything on the car fixed within the claims, communicated very well and often.. We are VERY VERY Disappointed in D's East Peoria we used to use them exclusively and highly recommended them, but no more!
