We are very sorry that Mr. Viena is having trouble regarding his vehicle. Although the majority of the work that was performed was for a Used Car Lot, we still stand behind our work and would love the opportunity to correct the issues. Mr. Viena has yet to communicate or provide the pictures and documentation as we requested to help us in determining what the exact issues are with his vehicle and therefore, we cannot verify that the work we performed is the issue. We have been in contact with Mr. Viena regarding the situation. Our last conversation with Mr. Viena we asked What can we do to help?. He has stated that our shop location is too far away from his home and has made the decision that he will be bringing the vehicle to a shop more local to his home, regardless of not knowing if the issues are covered under warranty here at Auto Truck Service. If the issues are related to the work that we did, it would be handled easily at our shop, as we stand behind everything that we do. Mr. Viena has not given Auto Truck Service the opportunity to remedy the situation and we welcome the opportunity to do so. Auto Truck Service, Inc.

I've almost always gone to the dealership for service but was having a clutch problem with my F350. I got a recommendation for Auto Truck Service so I gave Jeremy a call. They were busy but able to squeeze me in the next day. My problem was diagnosed and fixed in about 24 hours! I appreciated the honest and clear communication from Jeremy. I will be using Auto Truck Service for all my future maintenance needs.

Definitely eh. I called ahead to get a quote for a drivers door lock and ignition switch replacement for a work van and was told they had the parts on hand, could complete the job in a day or two and were actually doing the same job for another customer at the time I called, so I chose to go with them. After leaving my van with them for three days without hearing anything from them, I called Jeremy at the front desk and was told that they had the parts but were waiting for their locksmith to key the cores alike before they installed them. On one hand thats great because Ill have one key that works for all, but on the other..if I knew that 3 days into the job they didnt touch it, I would have taken the van to another shop that couldve done it sooner. I eventually got my van back 8 days after I originally dropped it off, with a $637 total for the work done. I had a couple clients that I had to postpone work for, but all in all, the product works and Im satisfied.
