This place was a mess. I was very disappointed all cars were in inventory. sales staff was all on a break and when they decided to help it was high pressure and never listening to my desires. Its not small town and poorly run.

I suggest you stay away from this dealer. They are fine when you buy a car, but don't expect any type of customer service from them after that. I've had a problem from day one on a 2021 Honda Accord sport special edition. They have been no help at all, and actually told me yesterday to take it up 5 miles to another dealer if I want it fixed. Even the general manager is rude! Definitely buy somewhere else!!! UPDATE: Got my Honda fixed at another dealer, the whole problem was how shingle springs tried to pair my phone. They didn't have a clue what they were doing! Told me I needed a different phone. No what I and everyone else needs is a different Honda dealer. These guys are worthless! re else. Love the car....hate the dealer!
