I don't have a receipt for a Dianna Reed. Are you sure you are leaving a review for the correct office? We do not have a receptionist, we are a family owned business and there are only three employees in our office. We strive to do the best we can for every customer that we have. We do not verbally abuse anyone, clients , vendors or employees.

I am going to make a complaint to better business bureau. The reseptionest verbally attacked Customers. I watched other customers before me get verbally attacked by reception woman. She denies this and I am a witness. The minute after I asked her a question about my business She stated in a verbal attack " I told you that I would call you about your services". I have to go to a state vehicle license office to find out status on vehicle tags. I cannot take any more verbal attacks

I have been going to see Deborah and Eric at State Auto Tag and Insurance for years and so have my whole family. Everyone at State auto tag gives me the full attention The service is second to none and their prices are always fair and competitive. Everyone that I have sent there through my business has always been pleased with their service not one I complaint EVER!!

We make a great effort to greet everyone who comes into our office. If there were other people we were taking care of there are seats to the side and you could have waited your turn. This is not a reason to leave a one star review. We do not discriminate. Please do not imply that we are racist, that just shows ignorance on your part. If you actually used our service I'm positive you would have been happy and satisfied. We have been in the same location for over 20 years. We are family owned and operated. As to your reply, you accused us of not assisting you immediately due to your skin color, so I felt the need to point out that we do not discriminate here. Those were your accusations that I must defend.

Don't come here. Just walked out. They didn't even say hello to you. I walked in and say Hi. Theres a Asian lady up front that doesn't even acknowledge you for being there. I don't know if it's probably because of my skin color... Whatever...just don't go it's garbage. To the owner: If I could leave a negative star I would. Your reply is very unprofessional by telling someone that they ignorant, do to the fact that Im letting you know how disappointed I was. If I let you a review its because I had a bad experience, while I was waiting in front of the clerk. Yes there were seats, they also were 3 clerks talking and other ones just sitting there doing nothing with no sense of urgency that makes 10 minutes of waiting there feel like an eternity. But you know what, now I know were they getting it from. Family Oriented? I dont think so, Broward Penitentiary have better service than your tag agency. As A community leader I make sure no one go to your location. Have a blessed Day.
