Did not replace my covered warranty part as they should have. I am trading all dodge and chrysler products today
I would have to say this was my first time (37 years old) with a professional and straight forward buying experience. Robert McConnell led the way as the face of the dealership and was appreciative of it. I found items removed from the vehicle(Tow hooks) and he pointed it out to the manager to get them ordered for myself. Thanks for that Robert. Lastly, they were able to beat the APR from my local credit union. Money saved and a happy customer. Cheers.

While my rep was great very kind I was not pleased with the service....says they checked tires and fluids....tires had 3 nails in them had to replace 2 the same day....yet they were checked and said ok....paid 15 dollars more using this lot (paid 60 dollars at autonation ford) and feel like I got alot less....
