DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!! I went through the worst experience with them. I finance a pre owned X5 BMW from them; literally 2 months later my suspensions gave out. There were oil leaks coming from the front and back of the car. I brought the car back to get fixed with the warranty that they sooo highly promoted- only for them to tell me that warranty came to look at my car and decided that they WERE NOT gonna cover the cost due to a small dent in the back of my car. Which completely made no sense!! So I called warranty myself!! When I got in contact with warranty they said there was never a claim put in for my car. So basically ROUTE 17 mitsubishi lied about warranty coming to inspect my car. They literally never spoke to warranty. They also mentioned that that warranty will only cover once - even if you purchase 2year warranty. I decided to bring my car into bmw where they told me that the car had over 10,000 dollars worth of damages smh!! BMW actually called and spoke to warranty- and warranty covered $9000! This car went from being my dream car to my biggest nightmare. Route 17 Mitsubishi is a whole scam! They are super unprofessional and super rude. Please I urge you to not make the same mistake I made!! Also I contacted the better business bureau so they will be hearing from me really soon!

This was the most horrible service the I ever experienced.. First they took 4 week to let me know what the problem with my car was and then they want me to leave my car for free.... Very bad and poor experience not recommend at all.... Mr Joe I try to call you at the number the you wrote on the answer and let me tell you what they said nobody know you in that Dealer....

Hello Brian, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. However, we are not able to take $5000 off on a new vehicle just because you feel like you should be able to. We only have a limited numbers of vehicle in stock since most new vehicles coming in are pre-sold. Therefore, if you really have a deal somewhere else where they are taking $5,000 off the vehicle, I would go and try to finalize that deal asap as the dealership is losing big time at that number. This place is a disaster, lead by the lying manager Alfonso who could never keep a straight story and never returned any phone calls; he was the very definition of the derogatory term a car salesman. This place quoted me 350 a month higher and 2000 down higher than 2 other Mitsubishi dealerships so I obviously bought elsewhere. And when telling them this, they actually seemed proud. Do your self a favor and take a 20 minute drive elsewhere but dont think youre getting a good deal here.
