Brought my cadillac in for maintenance, i was in there for 10min. No one came .and when I got out my car ,it was 5 more minutes before one ofthe staff told me they would be with me in afew minutes. So i open their door and left. Not professional at all.

My experience wasn't a top rating due to the service writer. (I don't even recall his name that's what an impression he made). He was very cold, not friendly, didn't seem to want to help us but had too. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. The service was quick, the car was clean but as I said, he didn't seem like he wanted to be at work. I received better communication and friendliness from Mike (sales manager).

First time purchase at Bergstrom. Very happy with the experience. The whole transaction was transparent from process and people perspective. They help you find what you are looking for. Megan in this case for me. While my first choise was sold she helped me locate better alternatives and was patient for over 4 weeks that I took to close the transaction answering all my questions over that period and following thru. Closing with her and finanace depts Steve Moore was pleasant and non pressure. They helped me get best rate, explain all additional services and pricing really well and helped me choose only what I wanted. They even dropped the car off to my home after purchase. And their Aaron Rodgers life size cut outs are too real to start talking with that thing !

Bergstrom Cadillac of Madison, hands down has given me the best service of any car dealership. They are timely, great communication and service and the best part are extremely professional. The loner car I was given was a beautiful 2016 Cadillac SRX and my car was completed as promised. All though if it would have taken longer that would have been just fine with me. By the way....that will be my next vehicle and it will be purchased thru Bergstrom. I drive a Chevy Equinox and they treat my there as if is drive a Cadillac. I have never been so taken for. I was a Co signer and they did all the paper work in my name and NEVER told us what was happening until we came to sign papers and we questioned it then and they played it off. First off tell the truth then played a cat and mouse Game with my friend on how we didn't get the loan when we had car for how long to find out they didn't send paperwork in i won't be using them again nor referring anyone
