1 star because there's not an option to leave 0 stars! Just terrible, I made an appointment, dropped off my promaster 730 am said it will be done by end of day, by 7 pm no one has called me so i called them, 5 people 3 messages no one was able to tell me any thing about the van. By 830 pm i was at the counter to find out what is happening. Well it turns out no one has even looked at it. WOW, this is a cargo van used for business not pleasure rides, every day van sits we loose money.Got the van and left. Shame on you sherman dodge shame shame, i will never ever buy anything from you guys and i will make sure no one that i know will either I hope every one reads this because im not the only one

I recently bought a car from Sherman Dodge and was very impressed with the service and knowledge my salesman portrayed. I didn't know much about the specifications of the car I was buying and Chris really went the extra mile to answer all of my questions. I got a great deal and financed on the spot. Horrible service, customer service is so bad. I laugh because people complain and others say well thats just there experience mine wasnt bad that was me. Until i needed to service my may i say 2015 make long story short tire was lose literaylly wobbling. when i got there they lifted it came back and said your fine it was snow these thing happen especially withe the heavy fall of smow i said you know what it could so be. But with the doubt in the back of my head i drove around the block just to see just in case sure enough they never inspected it they brushed of snow. there ignarance did not upset me it was the mere fact that they let me drive off with a defected wheel i have kids for crying out loud, Just the what if situation came to my mind... take precaution always double check
