Rep there was super nice and professional. My main complaint is they use TRUECAR when you sell your call. The website offered me like 16k for my car and had a bunch of dealers contact me including RWM of Van Nuys. When you get there they lower the offer to 11k. Your car needs to be in basically MINT BRAND NEW conditon or you will not get anywhere near what the website states. Dont like the high price, bait and switch tactic that Truecar uses and it seems that RWM which is where I went to uses their service.

What a horrible experience! Bought a 2017 Ghibli and 2 days later noticed my headlights and brake lights didnt work. Had to drive 10 hours to get it fixed because there is not a dealership close to me. When I asked for some kind of compensation they did not offer any. Poor service Maserati!

Garbage place with a bunch of greedy rookies. I went in to negotiate a car, and i walked away.. and called back 3 days later saying fine ill buy the car even with their $2500 aftermarket nitro tires and they said they raised the price 2k , and i said no and then called again and said fine, but they had raised the price a third time! And then believe it or not i call again and they raised the price again.. We were 6500 dollars apart at the end and they still would scream they were losing money on the car. And Michael was a clown, driving a little honda and telling me i should consider buying a cheaper car because I didnt want to pay for his bs fees. Im driving a white with red leather maserati now Michael and you can keep dreaming about one day having your own, loser.
