Bought a stereo from here on Saturday I installed the stereo myself it was working great then today after work i was driving and started to turn the volume up and the stereo went out I over looked all my connections and all were good I call Bs and spoke to a employee who tells me that they will send it out for repair I said hold on a min I just bought this from you Saturday and I have to go without a stereo I paid $500 for the unit and you are not willing to give me another unit I have to wait I can see if it was a week or 2 but 2 days and this happened so I get no customer HELP I had plans for them to do 2 remote starts in my wifes suv and my truck and have a sub box built for my truck WELL THATS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN NO MORE lost my business all because they rather not help out someone willing to spend good money in their business I am extremely disappointed in this I felt with Rick on Saturday and he seemed like a great dude wish he was there when I called maybe he could have done right by me ver very disappointed I will be calling the better business bureau now I have to wait for a stereo that has to be refurbished THANKS ALOT FOR ALL YOUR HELP Bs

I wish It was an option to put 0 starts, very unsatisfied. It all started last year when I took my classic car in to Bs to get "professionally " tinted. Every appointment that I made got canceled an hour befor I was supposed to be thier, either they were to busy, or the tenter was "sick" after I kid you not, 5 attempts to get an appointment I got in, they were supposed to do my rear window and my two side windows. After an hour I got a call saying they got the two sides done but they broke the spoiler trying to take it off to do the rear. I was very shocked that a "professional " tiny place had to take a spoiler off to tint. They told me to take it home, get the spoiler off and bring it back, mind you this spoiler is not something I can go get at advanced. So I took it back and after 2 hours the owner told me it was too hard to do! Seriously! I ended up having another shop doing it for half the price and a lot better service. Also noticed that my dorr panels were all types of messed up.
