Customer paid for one service (registration transfer) and was demanding another one (registration renewal) for free months after. Unfortunately, the customer would not listen and was unreasonable to deal with even though we have a record and receipt of the transaction.

Worst service at Phila Auto Tag. The lady there does not care for any business. Wait times are very high. I walked in and stood there for 20 minutes for a notary, but she dint had that courtesy to ask what I need to get done. Worst place, second time bad experience.

Very rude! No idea how they have good reviews. Treated me like I was a criminal because my title was missing a signature. Very condescending attitude. Tag place at Welsh and buselton 1 block away is were I will continue to business with been going there for years with zero issues!
