Visited the service department for my vehicle. After leaving the vehicle for four days and thousands of dollars later this issue wasnt resolved. When asked if they tested the vehicle prior to letting me know it was fixed and ready, Marcus told me no. Essentially, they hoped they got it right, which they didnt. There was no empathy or compassion for the waste of my time or money. I wouldnt recommend visiting them for service.

Alex is freaking awesome. Sometimes, you have to be a little patient as they're getting their team built, it can get a little backed up, but Alex treats me kindly and tries to go above and beyond. I wouldn't ever ask for more then that. He's a good attribute to Land Rover South Atlanta. Thank you for a good experience and all of your help with my Perma Plate issue last time too!

Very dissatisfied with service! The phone is never answered at service desk. Upon arrival, no one was at service desk, waited 20 min before someone addressed me. Customer service was poor! Service advisor was not welcoming at all and nonchalant. Dropped car off for a diagnostic at 10:30 was told Id get a call around noon with an update. No call and No answer. Upon my return to dealership after work, 4:30 pm, nothing had been done to car. I had to wait another 1.5 hours. Totally unacceptable for this caliber dealership!!!
