A vehicle was bought at this dealership back on April and they did not keep their word. They never change the ac cabin filter, the engine air filter was horrible, the rear wiper was never changed. The detail work was terrible as the car was owned by a smoker so can imagine. It cost me $300 to do a deep cleaning. One of the fog light was broken and promised it was going to be replaced, still waiting. This dealership for the reputation it supposes to have it does not live up to.
The Maserati Professionals, specifícally the Service Manager Jamie Dobson, the Service Coordinator Tracey Rollinson (Philpott) and the General Sales Manager Joe Cruppi are the most knowledgeable, easiest, most helpful people to deal with!!
